Olympus 35RD

Put some new seals in and ran some FP4+ through with 1 hour stand in Rodinal.
It has an intermittent sticky shutter but this image tells me it is worth getting it fixed.

Re: Olympus 35RD

Definitely worth getting it fixed, and modified to take a modern battery as the mercury PX625 is no longer available. I have a 35RC and a 35ED; the former is a great little camera. I haven't tried the ED. The Oly rangefinders from the 70s are generally well regarded I think, and this page suggests comparable quality to Leica!

Chris - Bring it all back - there is simply nothing as good as Film in BW.

Re: Olympus 35RD

It was the first 35mm I bought from new and still have one. I think it was by far the best rangefinder camera Olympus ever made.
