Photospecialist

Has anyone purchased from 'Photospecialist' (an on-line store/dealer) and have any good or bad reports they could share before I part with my money?
Many thanks.

Re: Photospecialist

I bought a small, quite expensive pocket camera from them in May. Went without a hitch - fast delivery and best price I could find and the product appeared to be brand new in packaging. The only (minor) glitch was that the USB power supply was a wall wart with Euro plug so has to be used with an adapter - but I've got plenty of other USB power supplies so not an issue.

I paid by credit card.

Re: Photospecialist

Raichea, thank you kindly for the very helpful feedback. As you've discovered yourself the prices are quite competitive and a credit card transaction provides an added layer of protection.

Re: Photospecialist

I have bought a few items from them with no problems. One lens I bought was not as good as I had hoped so I returned it and received a prompt refund with no hassle. That suggests that they are an honest firm with good customer relations.

Re: Photospecialist

Thanks for the info on their customer service. Although I had no need to contact them, it's good to know they were responsive.

Steve.
