Request EPL-5 turn off sequential h to single frame

I have set up the menu for Scp. I am using mode p and cannot get sequential H to change. I want to go back to single frame. I can alter all the other settings by turning the dial except this.
I have tried changing in settings to single frame but it still doesn't show on Scp. As a newbie I know it's my lack of knowledge. Having spent the last 2 hours going through user menu tutorials and forum posts it is time to ask for help. Please help. ( as basic as possible please).
Solved. Shooting menu 2. Top icons. Scroll up to single frame icon.

Not sure why this should happen (I don't have an E-PL-5) but try using the Arrow Pad instead of the control dial when displaying the SCP.

Regards.

Thankyou for taking the time to reply. I managed to solve it. It was my settings. Knew it would be down to my lack of knowledge. It's a learning curve. One that I am enjoying immensely though.

Re: Request EPL-5 turn off sequential h to single frame

Glad you sorted it,

Yes, the Olympus cameras are so "customisable" that learning (and remembering) how to get them to do what you want is half the fun (maybe).

Regards.
