As with most wildlife photos, right place right time.

Actually I was hoping to get the WWT otter, but ended up with this little berger from one of WWT hides. The vole hung around for 10 minutes or so feeding, ran for it when a heron started squalking.........

Taken from about 8 foot away.........

That is an unknown animal to us Mark, It is obviously a rodent and the closest thing I've seen to it here is a rat. You have captured it very well.
