I'm still not sure why they keep trotting out different types of card with different interfaces. Why not have a USB interface (albeit with a physical size specification for the memory stick so that it fits in the hole).

Nice idea, certainly better than continually shrinking the damn cards. uSD is a complete pain, dread to think how many I’ve lost in recent times. SD is fine, I prefer CF though as it’s easier to keep hold of.

Me too but the battery is knackered so I’ve bought a replacement cell but have yet to find the time to soldervit in place of the original. Think the camera is a Fuji 4800

got a pair of compact flash cards, all of 32 mb and it was for a camera, seemed big at the time
![]() been using sandisk extreme pros for all the cameras for a long time, but was not aware of the 300 mb cards until quite recently, will use one of the other cards as a spare when I get one of them ![]() |
