Hobby

Today we were blessed with pleasant weather however autumn will soon hit us with looking at the forecast for coming week. There were quite a few Eurasian Hobbys actively feeding on Dragonflies before moving on southward. I was fortunate to witness them demonstrate their skills within photo distance.

Thanks for looking
Tord

Re: Hobby

Very nice shots of a superb bird Tord. I haven't seen many Hobbies this year and the few I have seen haven't been photographable. It's getting a bit late now.

Re: Hobby

Tord, I'd suggest that you start posting some of your work on Instagram. Far more effective than 500px from what I've found.

Re: Hobby

Am I correct in thinking Hobbies fly rather quickly? In which case stunning photos. Thank you.

Re: Hobby

Yes, Hobbies are fast indeed. Fast and swift enough to capture dragonflies and swallows.
