The E-M1 is OK, with some skill, at BIF but probably not as good as a decent DSLR from Canon or Nikon in this respect, but it would be significantly better than an E-M5.

Thank you Ian, apologies for my late reply. I am going for the EM-1, mark 1. Fellow members have pointed me in the right direction for the lenses I am needing.
