front dial feels different?

Hi all, Just got my Em 1 mark 2 today, and i have notice the front feels a lot different to the rear dial, the front seem softer with less of a click almost silent, where the rear dial is the same as my mark1 , is this normal?
Kind Regards
Russ

Re: front dial feels different?

Yes, it is normal, they are all like that.
Better still, they keep working.

Re: front dial feels different?

I hadn't noticed before but comparing the Mk 1 and Mk 2 shows that the Mk 2 front dial is indeed "softer" in feel whereas the rear is similar to both Mk 1 dials. Perhaps the Mk 3 will have two "soft" dials

Cheers,

JohnGG

That'd be good, 'cause as we get older, while we wait for Mk III, we'd appreciate it being easier.
