It's a great combo, just be prepared for a small learning curve!

Re: OOps

LOL

Do you think I will have it mastered by my neice's wedding next Saturday

Luckily I am not the official photographer, but I will be taking my trusty E-30 as well as I can use that blindfold

regards
Andy

Re: OOps

So I did get the EM1MkII with the 12-100 as I noted and it has already proved very useful and a very flexible setup

1st I went to my nieces wedding as I said and I was able to get some pretty decent pictures whilst staying nicely out of the way of the pro (they have a job to do and the last thing they need is me standing next to them and shooting the same picture)

Wide Angle

Zoomed in a bit

And shooting across a couple of tables (this is the other niece and BF)

I also became an impromptu video blogger when one of our Land Rover club got called into the centre ring at a local show - I just pressed start and hoped, and am reasonably pleased with a 1st result

Overall this is the flexible, capable system I have wanted for a while

Regards
Andy

Re: OOps

Nice.

Yes, this camera and the associated recent tranche of Pro lenses has pushed me in to a fundamental re-jig of my system (some of the results of which will be appearing at various places on this board, shortly!)
