It remembers

Sick of having to start at the beginning after changing a setting in the menu and wanting to change it back. No more, the MkII takes you back into the menu at the last item you changed. I think if you turn the camera off it will clear that memory...it is a computer.

2 new focus peaking colors too, Red and Yellow, with 3 intensities for peaking.

I noticed in the manual that the Menu memory feature was there, but the multi colour focus peaking too? I can see many E-M1 users demanding (or just asking) for that to be included in a firmware update now.

And M10 owners, but they won't for that camera. It's pretty incredible for those that video though. I didn't realize you can go straight out to a separate recording device, bypassing the hour limit the camera has.
