Elements 8 - getting started

Just setting up a new pc and have installed elements 8. Its all new to me so would appreciate any tips on uploading and organising using the tag features etc.

If you could get hold of some recent back copies of Amateur Photographer, they are running a series on how to get to grips with Elements, starting right from basics. The latest part is in this weeks.
