Re: Wildlife movies with E-5

I missed this thread the first time round - these videos are superb.
I have used the video function on the E5, but not very often.

I don't think it would have made much difference even if I had used it for this clip:

But switching my phone off might have helped!

Thank you, Tordan !

Another 2 wildlife videos I made last weekend: little owl and sand martin. To be watched in HD resolution.

This is one picture taken during the photo session with the little owl.

Light was poor. I used a tripod.

Great stuff - I thought the young bird was going to eat the fly.

Very nice Katran. Love the woodpecker.

Looks like the Adobe stabilisation software is the one to get.

Re: Wildlife movies with E-5

Thank you for your comments !
I expected the young bird will get only insects, spiders...etc.
But 90% of the food was mulberries as in the picture, only the rest (10%) was spiders.

Re: Wildlife movies with E-5

Thank you. Tordan !

1-2 weeks ago I discovered a second woodpecker nest. It could get closer, but the light was worse.
The nest was near a main road - a lot of traffic and noise compromising the sound of my video.
So one picture + 1 video from this nest. E-5 + Zuiko 70-300mm.
