Re: E3 & 14-54 mk1

If that was my picture & i wish it was i would leave it as it is. Get blown up to A3 and hang it on my wall. You can't improve it by taking the ring away.

fantastic as is, I would play with the ring and orange cloud to see if I preferred other versions but the pressure is off!

Steve,
What a great image. If I were nitpicking then the only thing I'd change is the orange cloud top right. But whether you do or don't as others have said this is a superb image and well worth blowing up and hanging.

What a superb image Steve! Well done for getting up early and capturing what is a stunning scene at any time of day.
I think the ring can stay, but the cloud on the right does seem a little too orange as others have already commented.

Re: E3 & 14-54 mk1

Thats a very nice capture well worth the effort I would say.

The ring is OK for me but I would at least try and remove it just to see how it worked out myself.

Re: E3 & 14-54 mk1

Thank you all for your comments.
I will have another look at the cloud on the right, I'm not sure if it was cloud or mist as there were times up there you could only see 12 feet or so but I do remember it being red.
I did have a quick play removing the ring and to do a good job would be difficult.
I have some more photos that I will try and put up tomorrow.

Thanks
Steve
