Time warp?

While visiting a country house this weekend, I spotted this. Am I in the right century??

Yes and no.. It was a Regency dance group having an afternoon picnic in costume. As it was a private event I kept my distance, but the possibility for posed set pieces would have been fantastic.

Gents dressed in bright red uniforms, ladies with parasols and fans.. Very Jane Austen
