Re: Now Let Loose the Togs of War!

After setting up the camera use the Workspace program to store the camera settings to the computer - so that you can restore the camera to your chosen settings, not unknown for the camera to need to be reset to get it out of error. Also get the firmware updated before you go out on your next wander into the woods.

So at 4:00pm yesterday I rang Camera House, Albury to ask Justin (co-owner) if he had one in stock, and at what price (same as Digidirect). Albury is 75km, 40 minutes up the M31, I was at the store 30 mins before closing and back home by six feeling great!

I always thought you had a wise old crack or you may have been talking out of your arts! Still a good choice of weaponry.

Thanks Mark and Andrew; justified by telling myself it's an early Christmas present.

Re: Now Let Loose the Togs of War!

The strap should look right for them up there!

And the 'obligatory' cat photo.

Looks good (hope you got a good deal with it). EDIT: It looks like you did.

Or even a DIY rubber silicone jacket. I have one for the Canon bridge, which hides and protects from prying eyes.

Well I did get both M1 and M5 re-strapped, unconventionally with the keeper above the buckle to secure the ends. At Sunday's Black Dog Bike ride, I had both cams slung around my neck looking 'real pro', just like Uncle Arthur of The Comedy Company , always had a camera and a bunch of accessories around his neck - remember him, mate?

Probably an A7r 2, as Olympus refuse to make a proper camera for WAs.

Harold, Go big with an M1X,

Ross, Uncle Arthur, of the 1986 Comedy Company, and I have a lot in common don't you think? Checkout the movie short! ! !
As it happens, this little skit was shot locally not far from Wang', at Mansfield and Mt Bulla, hilarious.

Sorry, but that was the first time I saw that (& him).

A TV Series, 1986, The Comedy Company, before your time maybe. "Uncle Arthur" was just one segment of the show. "The Dobey Bros" was another funny act about two dogs.
