I currently have a Nikon D850 and some big and heavy lenses and really enjoy using them, but on a recent week away just after I bought another mk1 I was shooting away much more for fun, and my 14 year old daughter also likes it as she is a bit afraid of the Nikon.
I want to do some side by side shots with both EM1's and the Nikon and get prints done to compare as I can't afford more lenses ( I currently only have a 14-150) without selling some of my nikon ones, and on my pc screen there is an immediate difference in quality, but the olympus seems to be more fun. So can I live with the lower quality but greater fun of the mk2 is the question...
I have to get a battery grip as my hands are big, and would like to get a 12-40, 40-150 but top of my list is the Panasonic 100 - 400.
I hope this makes sense as I'm writing on my phone whilst being talked at whilst on a bus...

Re: Selling up

There would be little or no difference in a 16" 12" print.

... Until the light gets low... This was one of the reasons I sold my first mk1. I'm not doing so much low-light stuff now, but want to get some idea of how they compare...

You can't beat the laws of physics...
Light is an elusive son of a bitch, catch it whilst you can. Best with big nets, a steady hand, and the willingness to perceive it...

Re: Selling up

Stacking is a highly effective way to reduce noise. If you're photographing stuff that doesn't move it works very well.
