Carsington take 2

I went back over some of the sunrise shots I took the other day and had a play. Here are a couple of different views. Any preferences? or was the previously posted shot the best?

Maybe a good shot for a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle

Re: Carsington take 2

They're both excellent shots. I might be tempted to increase the red/orange vibrance/saturation and try and get a bit more contrast in the sky on the first one but given all that foliage it might be a fools errand ?
They'd both make great jigsaws if you know people with excellent eyesight and nothing much to do in the evenings

Both great shots, and yes they would make great jigsaws .... but I do prefer the previously posted one.

Re: Carsington take 2

Both very nice, Phill. I rather like the fence in the second but #1. has the edge.

Re: Carsington take 2

Both are very nice. Might have been tempted to widen the lens a little and stand a little closer as I find the gap in the trees just a little too small for my tastes.

Where were they taken from Phill, just down the road from me; I'm now in Buxton.

Re: Carsington take 2

It was just outside the little village of Hognaston Bill on Stonepit lane. It has a good pub called the Knockerdown nearby although I've not been there for ages so I'm assuming it's still good.
