Interrogating the RAW with PhotoME indicates a calculated focal distance of 33.85 metres or ~110' in old money
The image as displayed is a reasonably tight crop and it was the 40-150 f/2.8 @150 mm. Would probably have made sense to pop the MC-14 on.

Thanks Ross, yes he had a relaxed eye on us.
Yes I'm still using version 10, I'm waiting to see what 12 will bring around Christmas / New Year.
