Calendars

Id like to get a couple of calendars printed. Can anyone recommend any online providers with decent quality paper and printing?

Thanks

Re: Calendars

If you're going to used Photobox sign up for their emails or keep an eye on the site.
They have rotating offers all the time which are well worth having.

Until midnight tonight there is 50% off everything, code is FLASH50 which is prominently displayed on the site if you look.
You can get a free 12cm x 12cm using FREEBLOCK - you pay 2.99 shipping.
It was a free mug recently promoted in their email.

I've used them for standard prints and the odd photobook and I've been happy with the results.

Re: Calendars

I have used Boots a few times. Although I'd recommend that you sign up for emails on special offers as they are always moving the price around, or giving 30% off, or discounts for orders over a certain amount. A couple of nice extras, you can put a thumbnail photo on a particular date, so on someone's birthday, their picture. Also you can share an uploaded album, so if you want someone else to have a copy of a picture you can share it and they can then order their own copy.

Re: Calendars

At our Westonbirt meeting, it was suggested we make an E-Group calendar for 2019. Photos coming from the Monthly photo challenge. I have pm'd winners to ask if they are happy to have their photo printed.

This thread had given me a clue or two for getting the calendar printed. Boots seem to be the cheapest by far.

A bit of market research...Would you but the calendar? I am thinking of a either A4 or A5, pricing seems to range from about 15 for an A4 and about 8 for an A5. We need to cover costs, and any profit will go to help run the forum.

Ideas and thoughts please. I don't have long to get the project under way.

To date we have 12 wining photos, so would intend to use those...ie up to September 2018....
