Crikey - £235 for a brand new E-M10ii. Amazing. I don't need one but it's such a good deal

Yup - SRS had a similar price recently and with cashback on top - paid £275 for a used one in January!
Brilliant camera!

I think you had a great deal. I suspect the offer is no longer available?

This page shows how the price has gone recently: https://www.camerapricebuster.co.uk/...II-Camera-Body

I'm enjoying the converted body a lot, and am getting the hang of the various monochrome processing options. In fact, I won a section of a club competition with this a couple of weeks ago

Glasshouses 1600x1200 sRGB by drmarkf, on Flickr

That's with a 720nm filter.

I've just got an 850nm so I'm planning to try some more dramatic monochromes around Cambridge tomorrow. The midday light at the moment is fantastic for UV.

And sunburn.

Ha!

Well certainly, if you've got time free, but I rarely use one of those these days...

I've got a dental checkup first thing, then I'm planning to get the park & ride in to town to do some errands as well as having an IR play. Probably that on the Backs and around the colleges, since foliage looks so good under strong sun.

So, timing's all a bit flexible, but how about meeting up for a coffee around 11 or 11.30? Do you know the Aromi cafe in Bene't St? Happy to try anywhere else.

Drop me a PM if that's a go-er and we can exchange mobile nos.

Anyone else around of course also extremely welcome to join.

Many thanks for the link to the new price. I missed out on the deal because Amazon would not export to Kenya, but I am sincerely happy for you. If itís going to be the hottest day of the year, please be careful of the heat and the sun....have fun
