Does anyone know of any deals for the EM1 with 12-40mm?

As the title says I'm in the market for an EM1 (preferably silver) with 12-40mm f2.8 and was wondering if anyone knows of any good deals. Camerapricebuster's lowest is 1199 but was wondering if there's cheaper somewhere that doesn't feature on there? There's not enough saving on grey for me to think about that route.

I would be happy to buy used but a mint EM1 is around 550-600 from stores and a mint used 12-40mm are around 550 from stores, making it only 50-100 less than new, and for that difference I'd rather buy new.

Cheers

Edit: I know you get a free grip at the moment that I could sell, but looking around I'd probably only get 40-50,..... if I could find a buyer.

Re: Does anyone know of any deals for the EM1 with 12-40mm?

Ffordes are listing a new black E-M1 + 12/40 for 1099 (it was their demo unit). Or a silver E-M1 + 12/40 for 1399 (seems a lot more to me!) They also have secondhand used black bodies for under 500 and used 12/40 lenses for 500.

I realise you wanted a silver body so you may not be attracted to the black ones on offer, but they are an option. I should add that I've always been very satisfied with Ffordes service, and on the one occasion that I felt they'd mis-described the condition of an Olympus XA1 I wanted for my 'museum' they willingly took it back. Despite being based in the Scottish Highlands, their deliveries are fast and efficient.

Thanks, I'll take a look at the condition of the Demo one. Needs to be mint though as only 100 cheaper than new from a couple of places.

Re: Does anyone know of any deals for the EM1 with 12-40mm?

Thanks for all the replies, couldn't find used significantly cheaper or in good enough condition and JL just quote the online price so decided to bite the bullet and buy from SRS at 1199. Hopefully will get 40-50 selling the grip on so working out around 1150. Bit pricey, but as I said used wasn't coming up enough cheaper to justify the 'risk' of it not being mint (I'm very picky ), and 12-18 months less warranty.
