Re: Epping Forest outing pictures

Great set of shots and obviously a day to remember. These group meets are a great idea. One day I shall join you but I do not have too much free time available that's why I combine my photography time with dog walking. Its good to see the results though.

Re: Epping Forest outing pictures

Just to add my thanks to John for organising the day, and posting these images just to prove that the camera did get used. Unfortunately these were all shot at ISO1600 due to an IOM so there is no pretence about their quality.

Obligatory group photo which suggests we were lost at this point

Artistic stabs in the dark

finally the wonderer

Sorry, forgot, Ian as well for the loan of lenses and the look at the G1 as well as his company.

Thanks Glen. I'm really impressed with your shots - especially the winding brook. The colours are so vibrant.

Hi Glen,

Shame these were shot at ISO 1600, but there's very little to suggest they were and it's a testament to your camera that they look so good. It's also a testament to you as a photographer and I'm glad you posted as this thread would be incomplete without them. Please feel free to add more, ISO 1600 or not!
