e3 & 11 - 22

A couple of panos from yesterday.
Trip up Snowdon, photos taken from the Pyg Track. There not of the same lake. The second one is taken higher up.
Both hand held(to much weight with the tripod).

Snowdon is the mountain in the clouds towards the right of the views.

Are these vertical frames stitched? How many in all?

Great shots!

I like the 1st one best, with a bit of sun on the hills and reflection in the lake.

Re: e3 & 11 - 22

Brilliant work!

I was up there a while ago with my E-1 and 11-22mm lens, but the weather was less than kind. Thick cloud once I had scrambled up Crib Gogh. Visibility must have been just a few feet once on the summit, so no good pictures to be had!

Regards, Steve.

Hmm Im not to sure how much the first one is I guess it would have been around 160. I have tried a 360 from the top of some mountains long ago seem to remember they came out ok. but I used different software then.

Cant see you having any problems with a 360. You just need an interesting area to take one in.

Re: e3 & 11 - 22

Superb shots - you did well to find Yr Wyddfa with its summit (almost) free of cloud. I think each of the last three times I've been it's been shrouded by the time I got to the top.
