Mellow Yellow

I nearly drove past these ... the sunlight shining through caught my eye - but parked up and seem to have captured a "fly" too

Re: Mellow Yellow

Chevvy, these are just beautiful! Clever girl! Were you down on your tummy to get these?
The light through the yellow is glorious! And the travelling bee a great bonus!
I have just purchased some of the Saffron Crocus to plant any day now. I have great plans of drying the stamens and cooking up some culinary delight in the future! Neil isn't holding his breath, but it's a plan, Stan!

Thanks for posting these Chevvyf1. A much needed, and well captured, cheerful interjection into a less than cheery daily life.

Re: Mellow Yellow

awwh Thanks Mark and Stephen

I discovered I had parked up by someones bird feeders, when I returned to my vehicle, and got some awsome little feathered friends ... the children in the car were quite patient for their run around the lake - feeding and chasing the poor fat ducks

Re: Mellow Yellow

These are fantastic Chevvy

The light is beautiful and I can't believe you got something flying that does not have feathers on. It is too cold for beasties

Re: Mellow Yellow

Lovely colours Chevvy, No 2 is almost perfect, just a shame some of the blades have started to go brown at the ends. Both excellent. ATB Mart
