Pen F Mono Profile equivalent on E-M1 Mkll

What is the equivalent setting on the M1 Mkll for the Pen F Mono Profile 2.

Yes, I know it can be done in PP, but I'd like to 'see' B&W in the EVF.

Any ideas, or is it trial and error.

Could be a trial for anyone who has both cameras.

Are you just after mono on M1 mkII or something more specific? Mono is there under shooting menu 1 / Picture Mode. If you select Custom, then Mono you get another level of settings to faff with. You do get to see mono in EVF.
Apologies if I’ve completely missed the point here! (Highly likely!)

Thanks, I know about Menu 1/Picture mode. I'm after the exact settings to replicate the Pen F Mono profile 2.

Re: Pen F Mono Profile equivalent on E-M1 Mkll

You can try to simulate it with try and error, play with contrast and highlight/shadows curves. I think the better way to do it is with new OLYMPUS raw editor, OLYMPUS workspace. You can have in one window penf’s monochrome 2 profile shot and in a second window EM1.2’s raw shot, then play with only above parameters (don’t use the penfs menu marameter because they don’t exist in the camera), when you are satisfy write them down and put it in a custom monochrome profile in EM1.2.
I did something like that with G9 LMonoD profile without Olympus Workspace (I download it today).

At the end be kind enough and report all your findings. I will try it also soon.
