Kind Regards.
Fair comments, thank you. With hindsight, clearly I went into the post from the wrong angle. I support you in your views and had no intention of misleading anyone. I apologise. Thank you for pointing out the legitimacy of the company.

p.s thank you also for your help and advice in helping me to understand the cameras and lenses which Olympus has to offer.

Bowens - another old Brand bites the dust. As for WEX I used them when they were still Warehouse Express. Their prices, as an Independent, were good then. Weren't they sold before?

Re: HDEW Cameras

It's a good price and has been under 1400 recently. I've used them before with no issues

Re: HDEW Cameras

I just got an EM1 mkii 12/40 12/100 grip and 4/3 converter. It was an assistant called Naomi that deal with my purchase. The service was friendly, quick I would use them again.

Re: HDEW Cameras

The EM1.2 is at a really tempting price (to me) at the moment from HDEW. Not to the missus though as it is less that twelve months since I was allowed to get the Pen F/17mm f1.8 combo .

I'd like to know the ex-works price for such a camera. At launch the EM1 II was something like 1800. I'm guessing Olympus received something south of 900. As time progresses the profit margin will shrink to such a point that it's time to release yet another new camera with more bells and whistles.
