EX-25 and EC-20

What's the advantage of using the EX-25 instead of the EC-20 on the ZD50mm macro lens when doing macro photography?

Re: EX-25 and EC-20

Never compared them personally but the EX-25 should give better IQ at the expense of having to be much closer to the subject matter. (As its just a tube and does not add any extra glass).

I've heard tell that it's better to splash a bit more loot on a 35mm Macro than on a 50mm + EX-25. Again I've no idea of that's really the case.

Oh, should also add that you lose AF on the 50mm + EX-25 when very close to subject. So generally you must use MF.
