Re: First of the year.

Nicely done, I like the contrast and density you have in these, can I ask what lens awas it natural light?
Also I'm I right in thinking you have added some vignetting?

Re: First of the year.

The first was taken with the E-300 + 14-45mm f3.5/5.6. 58-49mm stepping ring and 40cm A-Macro H.Q. converter and flash diffuser. In camera flash.

The second is the E-1 14-54mm f2-8/3.5. 67-58mm & 58-49mm stepping rings and the converter. Natural light. f22 for 1.4 sec @ 54mm if I remember correctly.
The vignette is from the stepping rings, I saw it and liked the effect, so left it in. I wish now I had taken one at 14mm and got the complete circle.
The density is because I have everything on both cameras turned right up, a new experiment that seems to suit my style.

Hope that is not too long winded, Dave.
