Exclamation Falconry Shots - a prelude to the E-Group Outing

Folks

Some more for your perusal, with EXIF, so you can see what lens did what - mostly on the E-M1 and some with the E-5.

The gallery is here: Falconry II Galery

Just to get you your attention here are just two picks from Andy's gallery on FTU, both with the 300mm f/2.8 on an OM-D E-M1:

Outstanding!

I forgot about the foggy pictures in the abandoned orchard - uploading them to the gallery shortly...

Some great shots there, Andy - should give us all inspiration for the day. Just hope the weather is kind.

It's the wind and rain that concern me, not that we've had much of either this winter!

The fog and rain won't hold us back, and can sometimes add atmosphere - as long as it is not torrential!!

Nice shots Andy. Like the last 2 especially but that first owl shot must have been pretty demanding.

Re: Falconry Shots - a prelude to the E-Group Outing

Great BIFs as expected. Good to hear your positive feelings about the 75-300, I think it is an excellent lens, especially for birdwatching due to it's portability. Would be nice to have focus limiting though.

I wonder if we will see customisable focus limiting via an in-camera menu in the future?
