Go to Buggery for all I Care!

The King River rises below Mount Buggery, within Mansfield Shire, at an elevation exceeding 1,460 metres (4,790 ft) above sea level.
The river flows generally north by northwest, most of its course through remote parts of the Alpine and Mount Buffalo national parks,
descending into the King Valley, joined by eight minor tributaries, before reaching its confluence with the Ovens River at Wangaratta.

Now with the earlier sunrise I managed to get my act together and drive out to the King at 6:30AM to capture this glorious moment on the River.

Seriously? There’s a Mount Buggery?
Bet you’d be sore by the time you reached the summit!

Lovely shot BTW, could almost be England.

You find the best places to photograph Mark - pity about the names.

Yes, it reminds me of Puttle's Bridge in the New Forest, near Brockenhurst.

Thanks all for your observations, and Tim, I'm sure the hikers who named the mountain were sore by the time they reached the summit - see etymology > https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_...e,_Victoria%29

Only in Oz Mark it seems from your link that there are actually two Mount Buggerys It certainly looks like a nice peaceful spot from you shots. Good candidate for a painting I'd say.
