Anyone tried Slit Scanning?

This from Egor looks fun: https://www.ultrasomething.com/2016/11/slit-scan/

I hadn't realised how many different things you could do with yer ol digital cam, other than 2D versions of reality.

Egor has my mind racing. I followed up googling (searching the Internet) for techniques - stuff you can do with an old shoe box for example.

Perhaps we should add this to the list of monthly photo competitions, together with u43 pinhole of course.

Re: Anyone tried Slit Scanning?

I too have been thinking about that and while we cannot move the sensor like we move film, 60 FPS can be used to make a composite picture.

Also using a slit and high speed flash is something else I would like to try.

Itís a very niche area but one that has wide potential
