Just helps to prove there's nothing new under the sun. Just like photographs, virtually every shot I've seen presented on the internet I've seen the same thing many times previously. It becomes rather boring after a while.

That's true, but the Minolta MD range users were dumped in the same way that Canon dumped their manual focus lens users.

With the advent of m43 many years later, they acquired an unexpected lease of life!
