Autumn colours

A shot from a recent visit to the Longshaw Estate in Derbyshire. I was looking for Autumn colours and whilst the jpg looked ok I tweaked this raw version somewhat in Lightroom. There is less red than in the jpg but I still think I probably overdid it and I'd have liked a bit more definition in the mid distance tree leaves. What do you guys think? and is it possible to get more leaf definition without sharpening the shot too much?

Re: Autumn colours

Looks good to me. The colours set it off nicely, not sure why you want to see the leaves better. The picture tells a story, don't really need too much detail IMHO............

Re: Autumn colours

Thanks guys. The leaves question was because they look a bit on the fuzzy side in the bright areas a bit like a painting. Maybe it's my monitor that needs upgrading? or perhaps even a new pro lens for Christmas .
