E-5 at warehouse express

Hi,
Just to let anyone who might be interested know, warehouse express have E-5's in stock on their website, I ordered one half an hour ago.
I had previously ordered one from a forum member but due to a clash of dates I unfortunately had to cancel, no ones fault just one of those things.
Cheers Everybody, Bob

Re: E-5 at warehouse express

I've found in the past that the computer at Warehouse Express can be a bit optimistic about the stock situation. But perhaps I was just unfortunate.

Hi Dick,
I know what you mean, but I phoned to confirm and made the order at the same time so I think it should be O.K.
And I have dealt with them many times in the past with no problems.

Showing as 'Backorder' again now.

Maybe they'll get some more before Christmas.

Re: E-5 at warehouse express

Maybe they're restricted to stocking one at a time. I believe there is a low limit imposed by Olympus for stockists.

Ffordes have them in stock because I saw one on display in there this afternoon.
If only I had a spare fifteen hundred quid

Hi Iain,

What time were you in Ffordes, I might just have missed you?
I see your located in Inverness so geographically speaking we are not far apart
as far as distances in the Highlands go.
If you want we can have a meet at some time.

When I lived up that way, it used to make me smile when people said " I'm popping down to snecky" which was a 2.5 hour drive south

Did I read somewhere in this forum that you run photography workshops on Skye? If so I'd be interested to find out a bit more about them with a view to attending one.

When I lived on the Canadian prairies nowhere was that short a drive.

Iain/Seonnaidh

(Without wishing to hijack this thread); I am along the coast in Moray and I think there are a few other forum members in our 'neck of the woods'. How about a formalised meet up somewhere mutually convenient in the near future? Perhaps this may be of interest to Jamie as well?

I tried to help you and rang up for one yesterday. They did have 6 in stock so potentially you need 5 more people to help out too
