Re: password
I'm confused - Roberta is logged in so surely she must have her password?

Re: password
Well I am going to disagree with you two experts :-)
You need to know your password to enter it on a new device/browser You can only reset it knowing the old password I admit I can't remember the forgotten password process for an end user ... I think this is the form is that correct ? http://e-group.uk.net/forum/login.php?do=lostpw Which if correct Roberta should be able to use Regards Andy

Re: password
Andy, you are exactly right; if you find you can't enter your password because you have forgotten it, there is a prompt on the login form to help you reset the password and it goes where you have correctly identified:
http://e-group.uk.net/forum/login.php?do=lostpw The process sends you an email with step by step instructions on how to change your password. It will only send the reset password email to the address registered in your forum profile. This works perfectly - as long as you a) haven't forgotten your email address ![]() Ian

Re: password
Your browser may well have the password stored if you let it!

Your best option is to attempt to log in and assuming that fails, use the reset password option. Or simply go here to reset your password: http://e-group.uk.net/forum/login.php?do=lostpw An email will be sent to the address that's in your profile with a link to enter a new password without needing the original one.
