Re: Chistmas Greetings

Peter, Jim. Mark - and a MERRY CHRISTMAS to all !

CHRISTMAS DINNER
Well, My roast lamb was a huge success, cooked with garlic and rosemary it was tender and done to a turn.
It was baked in my fan forced toaster oven together with potato, sweet potato, parsnips, carrots and green peas
and Tina made a yummy wine trifle! There were just the two of us so we skipped the balloons and tinsel!

Re: Chistmas Greetings

Christmas here started with trying to fix the microwave. Two fuses later ....

No microwave but at least an oven.........

Never mind the weather is hot................

Happy Christmas all

Yes, a bit late but hoping you all had a good Christmas.
What did santa bring you?
I got a secondhand paperback from my wife, "The perfect husband', with a note attached, "Thought the title was you!", which was sweet.

Re: Chistmas Greetings

We had fish for Christmas lunch: three layers, salmon, haddock, and smoked haddock, in cheese and red onion sauce, with a caramelized red onoin topping, from Lidl's gourmet range. Delicious! We can have turkey any time in Norfolk, so it's no change - but this really is!

And my Christmas present? New camera bag.

Hope everyone had the Christmas that they wished for themselves!
