Question Who Can ID this Bird ?

Three shots in sequence of what I think is a tree crawler of sorts. As yet I have been unable to ID it by trawling the web.
I will edit it in as soon as I know what it is. If anyone can positively ID it, then I would be forever grateful.
It's a small bird about as big as a Goldfinch and was shot here this morning in NE Victoria.
Edit: Thanks to Andrew (Beagletorque) who ID'd it as a White-plumed Honeyeater

Re: Who Can ID this Bird ?

Eternally grateful, Andrew. Sandra and I have been searching online all day for a match, without success.

Thanks. I can now put a name to the thread.

Re: Who Can ID this Bird ?

Thanks OM, the top shot is an Aussie bird, may appear topsy turvy to you up there. Stand on head to invert.
