Tesni Ward Waterfowl Day nr. Stoke on Trent

I'm not able to make any of the Tesni Ward E-M1 mkii workshops, so I've arranged to spend a day on one of her ad hoc 'Waterfowl Photography Workshops' on Tuesday 8th August (the day after the Bank Holiday). These run from 08.00-16.00 and are held in North Staffordshire, around 30' to the east of Stoke on Trent.

There are 3 further seats available at £100 each: if anyone's interested, please contact Tesni directly and make all arrangements with her, although do drop me a PM to let me know who's coming.

The workshop and contact details are here: http://www.tesniward.co.uk/waterfowl...aphy-workshop/

Re: Tesni Ward Waterfowl Day nr. Stoke on Trent

I've just been told that I shouldn't trust my American calendar app, since 7th August is not a Bank Holiday in England! Also, I believe this workshop will run from 10.00 - 18.00 on the 8th.

Re: Tesni Ward Waterfowl Day nr. Stoke on Trent on 8th August

A brief reminder about this workshop on August 8th - there are still 2 spots available now at (I think) £90 each. Full details and booking via Tesni's site.

Re: Tesni Ward Waterfowl Day nr. Stoke on Trent

I've emailed Tesni, so as soon as I get a reply I'll let you know!

If I get a place do you want a lift?

Excellent!

Many thanks for the offer, but I'm actually going on from the workshop to spend a couple of days walking and photographizing with my cousin in the Peak District.

Interesting, sounds like you will be somewhere in the Churnet Valley. It's a lovely area pretty much on my doorstep but somewhere I've rarely visited. It seems to get overlooked as the Peak District is so close by. Nice little railway too when you've done shooting wildlife.
