L Bracket for OMD E M1

Hello,

Im looking for a Swiss arca L Bracket to take a OMD E M1 with a HLD7 grip attached. I will need access to the port for using a remote release.

Suggestions anyone please.

David

The only type of L bracket that could be used is some sort of generic arrangement. The only L brackets I have seen that would be designed like that would be for the Canon model that has the vertical grip as part of the camera, maybe there are others, but not E-M1.

Re: L Bracket for OMD E M1

Ross,

As I suspected no dedicated L Bracket for the E M1, seen a few for the E M1 mk2, comments on those mention that you can't rotate the screen, due to the vertical bracket in the way. The E M1 doesn't rotate, so might be an option. would like to try before I buy, if possible.

David,

Ps I should be in the blue mountains, Feb 2019, staying at Hotel Blue.

There are dedicated L brackets for the E-M1, but not for when using the HLD-7 grip though. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Quick-Re...vGEV:rk:2:pf:0

Re: L Bracket for OMD E M1

I didnít notice your PS. It will be a warm time of the year here but more bearable in Katoomba though. I hope you have an enjoyable stay in the Blue Mountains then.
