Pen-F and just one lens.

Just one, but which one?

Depends what you're planning to photograph really. 12-40 - balances fine and it's a fantastic piece of glass. If you're thinking primes and small, then the 17/1.8. Primes and big - the 25/1.2.

Just traded me 12-40 for a 12-100 to go with me E-M1:2...no regrets.

After watching this I'm smitten, and was thinking either the 17/1.8 or 25/1.8.
The 17 makes more economical sense as part of kit, but I rather fancy the 25.

I'll never hang myself.

The 25/1.8 is a nice lens, but it's got a very plastic feel to it. Just like the 45/1.8. It works, but it has little joy of ownership.

Thank's Paul, I think the Pen-F is all about joy of ownership.

I see you are in Poland, I have a 53 year old son lives over there.

He married a treasure of a Polish girl, way back now, and we have two Polish grandsons, one 18 and one 14.

They live in Rybnik, SW Poland, not to far from Krakow.

Sadly due to old age we cannot get over there very often now, on a brighter note they are ALL coming to Wales in June.

The Pen F is often bundled with the 17mm f1.8 prime. There is a reason for this.......(think street). That's how I got mine.

Re: Pen-F and just one lens.

I tend to use either my Olympus 14-150mm for general tourist stuff, or my Lumix 15mm.
