Another moment in time captured forever. Well done for spotting the potential, how long did you have to wait for the right shot?

Thanks mate.
Seeing the potential, I stood roughly in the same position for something like 5 minutes or so. Then hit the button whenever someone 'obligingly' walked in the stream of light. Not once was I approached, but if asked I'd be tempted to be honest and say I'm a street photographer and you looked cool in the spot light. Most people think you're an 'objects' photographer and apologise for getting in the way, I reply something like 'no worries my friend'!

Bet you're thinking this is going to be another 'Cuba-like' series... If it is I have a lot of catching up to do!

Street photography is not my thing at all but I recognise a job well done.

Great effect here too but I confess that I like #1 better.

Thank you Harold and Loup Garou.

It's a personal view but I think #2 has a narrative so it wins it in this two horse race

I hadn't seen the first one. Any way, I agree.

True on that count but #1 has mystery....the unknown element, leaving you let your imagination unfold. One can ask "What is she looking at?"

I see your point. I have two more in the series, different setting, with similar treatment in terms of exposing for the key tone as I understand it. I may put them up in due course.
