Another Nuthatch

Been away for a couple of days with the family.Visited Longleat for the day yesterday, really good weather. Also Avebury and The Uffington White horse today.
About 700 Raw files to deal with so that will keep me busy as the weather is supposed to go downhill over the weekend.

Anyway yet another Nuthatch picture at Longleat yesterday.

Re: Another Nuthatch

Very very sharp Andy, cracking one for the collection. So, do you have others of Nutchates then...? Would love to see them if you do.

This is remarkabley in focus, great capture.

Thanks,I do have others and also one other in my gallery.Really I called it "another" as we seemed to have rather a lot of Nuthatch pictures over the last couple of months.
Just hope everyone does not get tired of this lovely bird.

Had another go at processing it,this time shapened the eye only first and increased the saturation.

Still looking at the Sigma 135-400 or the Bigma but dought if they will be as sharp as the 50-200.

Re: Another Nuthatch

Ooooh... nicer in my opinion Andy, such a subtle change gives a good effect, others perhaps aren't, but I am a lover of just that little bit of extra saturation.

I'd love a Nuthatch shot.. alas i don't seem to have spotted any around this neck of the woods as yet.

Re: Another Nuthatch

Personally I've been too jealous to give this nuthatch the praise it deserves, I think I'll stick to trees and churches, they more suit my reaction time.

Well done

Nick
