E 30 in action.

I recently acquired my E30 through the Jessops offer as I wanted the extra focuspoints . I enjoy the challenge of birds in action and was getting frustrated with my E510.
So on Saturday I was funally able to get out (it was a rainy grey morning) to the local nature reserve and take the following:

They were taken at iso200 at 1/640 sec at f7.1 using the 70-300 lens.

Your comments and suggestions are very welcome

You seem to have caught them well and in focus. They are rather too tight in the frame, zoom out and give them space, perhaps with more space in front of the bird - it'll look better!

If you haven't done so already, check out my guide to shooting moving things with the E-3 and E-30, http://fourthirds-user.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6132

Cheers

Andy

Re: E 30 in action.

These are nice shots for a grey day with a 70-300 I agree with Andy the framing is tight with birds it is sometimes better to see a little bit of the habitat and where they are flying to but this said well done.

My other comment would be that there is a little ghosting around the birds, which is possibly caused by over sharpening.
