Nope the formula 1 in Silverstone is at the end of June this thread is to help me see what is capable with my existing equipment before hand and also so I can practice in the coming months using the suggested techniques

Excellent!
BTW I went to the Young Driver test there on Wednesday, and came up with these, mostly using the 100-300 on the OM-D with a variety of focussing methods:
