Re: Int TXT Tk GR8?

Reminds me of the time that I attempted to 'harden' a slightly soft and runny boiled egg in the microwave.

Evidently the soft yolk nestling in the runny egg white created a pistonic effect, and the superheated steam generated under the yolk propelled it in an upwards and outwards direction with some force. I would never have thought that the contents of an egg could spread so far after just twenty seconds in an 850 watt microwave.

Re: Int TXT Tk GR8?

A few years back an April fool joke in the US, a tv programme told people to put golf balls in the microwave to make them go further. Someone tried it blew o hole in the top of the oven.
Sued the TV company and won.

Re: Int TXT Tk GR8?

Gold balls are quite explosive when damaged, so I'm told. They are made from tighly wound elastic bands, so if they are damaged they blow apart with quite a bang.
