OMD E5 @Wedding

Just got back from doing a wedding at Armadale Castle.
Absolutely bucketing it down all day so had to do all the smudges in the marquee.
Everything going fine until stunning girl stands next to me clutching OMD E-5
complete with grip and Panny 12-35mm.
I started to melt undecided which was the most glamorous and or desirable.
Then a wee voice in my ear said "OK Romeo stop drooling and get on with the
job"
After all the shots had been done and we were saying farewell to the bride and groom the bride, with a huge smile said " You are not the only one who has taken a fancy to C******"
Tried telling her it was her camera that was the big attraction but neither the bride, her mum, the groom or Linda my wife was having any of it.
Didn't even get to have a "hands on". The camera OK, not the stunning lady.

Re: OMD E5 @Wedding

I'd say it's the girl's fault for flaunting it - the camera, that is!

I thought you used an E-3. Surely with the tilty swivelly screen, you could have sneaked a discrete portrait for us.

Re: OMD E5 @Wedding

I did something similar at a Wildlife park recently, it was before I got my OMD and I got quite excited by the spotting of an OMD out and about and proceeded to follow the lady around the cages looking at her camera, rather than her or the animals ...

Yep, I can see it now.

"Seonnaidh you are an habitual and incorrigible stalker of ladies in public places.
I am disinclined to believe your defence of being interested in the ladies photographic equipment and sentence you to transportation for life. Take him down"

I wonder where I would be sent to?

Re: OMD E5 @Wedding

I was shooting away happily in the drizzle today at a paintball site, got some pics I like...players like the results and tbh, even the E-3 didn't get closet to he images I got today. Weddings, paintballing etc etc everyone notices the results of the EM5 before the person taking the pictures!
