Space Station

Anyone managed to get a shot of the space station? I did get a couple but it is very tiny in the frame even using a 300mm + 1.4 converter. Not sure they are in focus either.

Re: Space Station

... not recently! But I am a regular visitor and also follow along all the "useless" astro science stuff via the NASA-TV channel on the net.

I have posted my attempt on the ISS and Shuttle Discovery a while ago here.

Re: Space Station

Hi Dave -

I took several screen snips of the recent (last) flight to the ISS. Here are a couple. The first getting ready for a group piccy of both crews and the other shot was taken by a crew member from a previous visit when leaving the ISS to return to earth. To get a shot like that, I think you should book a space flight with the Richard Branson team currently preparing space trips.
