I wear specs, this AM I tried an OLY EP-13 on my E-M1:2 and IMVHO it was useless.

However, remove your specs and it's great.

In area it's much the same as the one fitted, it sticks out further, the rubber is very hard, with very little give.

Sorry to disagree with previous contributors re. specs.
