The Organ Pipes consists of columnar dolerite, it is an awesome sight from the base.

Magical is a good description of Tasmania as a whole - a photographer's paradise.

Hi Bill - actually, 250 miles further!
In the early days of settlement a notorious bushranger who lived in a cave on the mountain side, murdered several hikers.
Just goes to prove what desperate characters you deported to Van Diemans Land!
