I agree about the excellence of Olympus 45mm f1.8 lens, especially given the sub 200 price tag. I had it for 5 years but sold it recently along with a few other lenses to help me finance the nocticron, which I now own.

The only issue I had with the 45mm f1.8 is its lightweight build quality. If it had been more like the all-metal 75mm f1.8, I would have kept it.

That is another thing I'd say in favour of Sigma's DC DN lenses. Though plastic, their build quality is at least as good as Olympus plastic bodies and better than standard (non Leica) Panasonic ones.
